Delivery Information
Currently we only accept order to Hong Kong destinations. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 working days. It may take longer during seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter) or under bad weather conditions.
Please note that terredochk.com business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5pm (excluding public holidays).
For any single order with net purchase of HK$250 or above (after discounts or/and discount codes), free delivery service will be provided. When you purchase for an amount of less than HK$250, HK$30 delivery charges will be applied.
Self-pickup service at SF stores and SF locker are available (please refer to below locator links), please provide SF stores/SF locker code and address in delivery address details when checking out.

* It is extremely important to provide your mobile number for the courier service company to contact you.
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or parcel refused by recipient. We can re-deliver such orders at courier collect. Our customer service will communicate the redelivery details.
