Organized by the authoritative French magazine Le Monde de l’Épicerie Fine, this prestigious annual Parisian event is the ultimate benchmark for luxury and delicatessen products in France. A demanding jury composed of Michelin-starred chefs, culinary critics, gourmet experts, and culinary journalists evaluates entries based on taste complexity, ingredient authenticity, and ethical production. Winning an Épicures medal is the highest seal of gourmet lifestyle approval in France.

AVPA Teas of the World
The AVPA (Agency for the Valorization of Agricultural Products) is a Paris-based, non-governmental organization dedicated to honoring "taste excellence." Unlike commercial awards, the AVPA contest focuses strictly on the concept of terroir and traditional, sustainable agricultural methods. Their international panel of professional tasters and flavorists conducts strict blind organoleptic testing to award the coveted "Gourmet Medal" only to products with exceptional personality and flawless execution.
