Shipping policy
We use local courier service as our delivery company. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:
- $30 on order under $450
- FREE on order over $450
* delivery will take 2-3 business days after dispatched
Please note:
Self pick up service from EF locker and SF stores are now available, simply input complete EF locker / SF stores CODE and address will be fine.

If customer requests to re-delivery shipment to a different address, SF store or EF locker, consignee will be charged for a service charge HKD10 (paid by consignees upon delivery.
Delivery Time
We use S.F. express for delivery and delivery time may vary due to logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter).
If payment of your order received by us can be verified before 9 am on a business day, your order will be dispatched to our delivery service providers within the next 2-3 business days in general. Please note that our office business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8, excluding public holidays).
Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee of HKD30 as re-stocking fee.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for resend shipping fee*.
