A black tea from the little tea gardens of Sri Lanka. Enriched with real cinnamon from Ceylon which is also produced in the tea gardens, this black tea with its beautiful amber hue and an aromatic flavour blends well with it.
In Sri Lanka, a land of spices, black tea is often drunk with cinnamon and always offered to the visitor as a sign of hospitality, served very sweet and with a lot of milk.
Brewing Suggestion
1. Water temperature at 95°C.
2. 2g of tea leaf per 250ml water.
3. Steep for 5 minutes.
