Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) is made up of the leaf tip and the following 2 leaves (fine harvest). It is picked in the spring. Its very dry fragrance is like that of dried flowers and it blends beautifully with the delicate, fruity aromas of peach and apricot.
White tea is a luxury product, and in China the offering of tea is still a gesture of pure politeness and respect towards the visitor.
Brewing Suggestion
1. Water temperature at 70°C.
2. 250ml water for each teabag.
3. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
