Organic tea gardens next to Mount Kanchenjunga*, one of the highest peaks in the Himalayas, which gives rise to a white tea of rare beauty... Downy buds with floral notes skilfully highlighted by the fruity, tangy scent of grapefruit, intensified by Timur berry, a small Nepalese fruit with a unique fruity, zesty pomelo flavour.
Timur berry grows on small trees in Nepal near the Terai region, known as Buddha's birthplace. A spice with a sacred character, with a unique acidic and citrus leading flavour, part of every dish in Nepalese cuisine (momos, thukpa, chutneys etc) and served as a token of hospitality to guests. The Timur berry has strong citrusy notes of grapefruit and contains a high level of zinc, a potent mineral essential for improving the immunity of the body.
