Miki Komaki, an organic tea producer in Japan's story.
I was trained as a tea producer but I continue to attend trainings because we have to adapt to natural changes every year. When I am not in our shop, I meet other women tea producers and we talk a lot about our profession. My work is very important to me, it makes me grow and living among the tea trees brings me a great deal of serenity.
Watching tea grow fills me with energy. This is probably why I am happy and healthy. But it is very time-consuming and I need to organise my time better!
I hope to be able to produce a delicious tea and live happily with my family for a long time, and go away sometimes on trips!
