How to use organic essential oils?
Diffusing aroma in your home: use with aroma diffusers: or simply put a few drops to an aroma stone and place inside drawers, in your cabinets, or on your bedside table etc. Depending on your choice, the floral, woody, citrusy, or uplifting aroma will improve the room atmosphere and help you to relax instantly.
Refreshing and purify the environment: dilute with distilled water in a spray bottle. Spray appropriate amount in the living room, bedrooms, bath room, kitchen etc. Many essential oils have powerful disinfectant and anti-fungal properties.
Caring for face and body: Choose the essential oil and dilute with carrier oils to prepare an essential oil bath. Or mix with massage oil for a full body massage. You may also DIY face toner or add diluted essential oils to your face creams. The essential oils will moisturise, detox and pamper your skin.
